My stay at Palazzo Carletti was truly amazing! The rooms were dreamy, with a very comfortable bed and the added bonus of a steam bath, which was really cool. They were so beautiful, extremely comfortable, and clean, with all the amenities I needed like a stocked refrigerator/mini bar, ice machine, espresso machine, and even a small bottle of wine. The service was top-notch, with the staff going above and beyond to make my stay memorable and providing great suggestions for dinner. The location couldn't have been more perfect, right in the heart of Montepulciano, allowing me to easily explore this charming town. The dining experience was nothing short of spectacular, filled with Tuscan delicacies, in a wide space with frescoes and a beautiful view. Overall, an excellent choice for a stay in Montepulciano.

Staying at the hotel in the midst of the car-free village Montepulciano was a delightful experience. The rooms were full of charm and character, yet thoughtfully modernized with fantastic amenities.
